Hello everyone! Glint is exploring several feature concepts for Employee Experiences, and we’d like to get your reaction to them. Your honest feedback helps us think about directions for future features, so both positive and negative comments are very helpful. Please note that these are early concept explorations that may or may not, wholly or in part, result in future Glint features. Click here to access the Google Forms survey with the concept descriptions and questions. We estimate the survey takes approx. 15-20min, but duration will depend on the level of time spent considering the concepts and the amount of feedback given. We’d appreciate completion of the survey by Friday, June 11th.If there are any questions, please post them here, or email LaShaun Bellamy (lbellamy@linkedin.com) or Clayton Holz (cholz@linkedin.com). Thank you so much for your participation!
Our marketing team is exploring the needs of individual contributors. By deepening our understanding of what these employees need to engage at work, we will be better positioned to develop relevant product features. We would like to schedule 60-minute video calls with a handful of individual contributors at organizations that use Glint over the next 3-4 weeks. During the call, topics such as what makes individual contributors feel happy and successful at work, how they view their role in their own and team’s engagement, and what development means to them will be discussed. As a token of our appreciation, we will be providing the individual contributor a $75 gift card or donation for their time.If you think some of the members at your organization would be willing to work with us, please let us know by contacting LaShaun Bellamy at lbellamy@linkedin.com.
