Our marketing team is exploring the needs of individual contributors. By deepening our understanding of what these employees need to engage at work, we will be better positioned to develop relevant product features.
We would like to schedule 60-minute video calls with a handful of individual contributors at organizations that use Glint over the next 3-4 weeks. During the call, topics such as what makes individual contributors feel happy and successful at work, how they view their role in their own and team’s engagement, and what development means to them will be discussed. As a token of our appreciation, we will be providing the individual contributor a $75 gift card or donation for their time.
