We're proud to announce that Mary Poppen, Glint's Chief Customer Officer, was recognized among the top 25 Customer Success Influencers.
Between the open nomination period and the voting itself, MindTouch*, had over 3,200 people participate in this year’s Top Customer Success Influencers and Strategists, making it the largest community collaboration yet.
MindTouch evaluated thousands of members within the Customer Success community and created a measurement that took into account a wide range of metrics, including: internet presence, influence, community engagement, and participation (including conference appearances).
As voted upon by our panel of judges, these are the Top 25 Customer Success leaders that are transforming our industry today.
