Hello, I am looking to layer in current employee status (Active or Inactive) into our last Engagement survey. This will help provide context to offices with “high risk employees” - employees currently active with low engagement scores in areas of high impact. Current status gets loaded with our weekly HRIS load, but I can’t seem to figure out how to accomplish this using the Advanced analytics reporting functionality. Is this possible? Thank you!
Is it possible to rerun or access prior year reports to view year over year progress (like executive summary) to revie in a consistent manner?
Can you change the distribution list after a survey has been launched. Do you just resend all the emails?
When choosing a Global benchmark as our first survey, we are curious if we can then drill down to combine the results just for Canada/USA in one view… or do we have to choose North America? We have no locations in Mexico - Only Canada and USA and want to view only Canada and USA comparisons. Also, can we see Canada/USA together or do we have to select them separately? thanks in advance

I have no survey results. I’m getting a pop up that I’m unauthorized to view my results. I know they are they because my manager forwarded to me. Is there something in my profile or setup that needs changed to view reports?

Hi, I just want to know if it’s possible via Glint to do Multiple Ratings Grid under one question. We want to migrate a survey which we did before via MS Teams. Sample below:
My completed results show that all 6 of my team members took the survey however, one member has not been at work for the last 6 months and tells me that she did not receive the email to take the survey?

When I upload a distribution list of say 60 names only 50 are being brought through. Why would that be? This is a very frustrating system to work with and the help guides are not terribly helpful. Thanks

Clicking on the "Resend feedback invite" button does not send email or any type of message.Apparently the button is disabled.I have tried Chome and Edge browser, but the problem persists.Please, I require prompt help.

Two limitations with Glint are the lack of reporting API for summary data to connect in our HR Data Warehouse and native integration into Slack (we use Slack over Teams at our organization). Exporting CSV files individually is not scalable with the our org size and the frequency at which we are using lifecycle (onboarding, pulse, exit). This creates an extensive amount of work to get the various views of data exported manually. We desire to centralize our summary/aggregate results data into our HR Data Mart, which is commonplace for most HR tech today. For Slack, it is a modern way to meet organizations where they are with internal communication tools (in addition to text) and would be an awesome as another channel beyond email. Are these items currently on the Glint product roadmap? Overall, I love the Glint product but these two major limitations from competitors such as Peakon Thank you!

Hello- our HRBP wants to be able to approve the raters participants are selecting for the 360 survey. We’re considering doing this offline and then having an admin enter the raters for each participant. My question is, can Admins set raters for each of the participants in the system? Thank you!

We’d like to create a distribution list for employees hired after a certain date. We will then exclude these employees from the survey. How can this be set up?
I cannot select certain focus area for this year, because they have been selected in a previous year already (although I marked it as complete that year). How can I select the same focus area again for this year? I want to make other activities to it, so not just leave it open from 3 years ago?
