I invited 15 people to fill in the survey. Last friday i received the report from the survey, but it included only 9 responses.some people did not fill in the survey because they were on holidays.Can i re-open the survey, so the remaining people can fill in the survey? Kind Regards, Martijn

Hello- our HRBP wants to be able to approve the raters participants are selecting for the 360 survey. We’re considering doing this offline and then having an admin enter the raters for each participant. My question is, can Admins set raters for each of the participants in the system? Thank you!

I am participating in a 360 Assessment with my company and need to update some of the raters. When I add them and click submit, does the assessment request resend to all raters or just the newly added ones?
I’d really like to redo my engagement survey, i was still at work and i had a bad day. I wasn’t in the best head space to be doing a survey and i feel i didn’t accurately engage myself enough because i was not focused enough. My brain fog was on 10 because of some personal stuff in my life at the moment and my manager got 0 praise in my survey. After i got home and i realized i hadn’t put the good, and only the bad in my survey i made myself almost feel sick because my manager deserves way more than that! i’d love a second chance so i can edit my survey please if possible!
Hi,I got the wrong refenrce for 2023 in my Volvo Group Pulse report. I was Acting section manager during 2023 and my group results for 2024 is compared to the Section score values for 2023 when it states increase/decrease from last year. How can I get in the correct group score for my team as 2023 reference? Also in the heat map I have group scores in 2020, 2021, 2022 & 2024 and Sections cores in 2023. I have the 2023 scores from my last year group report. But I would like to have it in so my current year report will show the correct numbers Best regards, Peter

How do I switch from viewing my own team results to the admin role to see all company results.
Recently the Focus Area reports updated and our company was previously using them to track the top focus areas our leaders were choosing so we could provide appropriate resources. Now when we export the Focus Area Usage report we can see how many they choose but not which ones, and with the All Action Items spreadsheet we get skewed numbers because it’ll show as multiple counts for each action item associated with the focus area (for example, if someone has 4 action items associated with 1 focus area, when we do a count function it’ll show up as 4). Has anyone found a way to still accurately track how many of each focus area is chosen?

I cannot select certain focus area for this year, because they have been selected in a previous year already (although I marked it as complete that year). How can I select the same focus area again for this year? I want to make other activities to it, so not just leave it open from 3 years ago?
We completed a companywide employment satisfaction survey in April and would like to send out a follow up survey to gauge what managers have taken action on their selected focus areas, and see how employees are feeling following the survey. In our companywide survey, we must meet a certain threshold to see each managers results, otherwise they roll up to the next level manager. Is there a way around this so we could see each manager’s results on whether or not their team believes action has been taken?
Hello, I am looking to layer in current employee status (Active or Inactive) into our last Engagement survey. This will help provide context to offices with “high risk employees” - employees currently active with low engagement scores in areas of high impact. Current status gets loaded with our weekly HRIS load, but I can’t seem to figure out how to accomplish this using the Advanced analytics reporting functionality. Is this possible? Thank you!

Hi, I have completed the training modules for Viva Glint Foundations Admin and am trying to receive a badge. It says in the instructions that after completing the training modules, one should complete a Statement of Completion form. The link to this survey is however not showing after ending the last module, and I can’t find it anywhere else on the support pages. Can you please advise on where I can find it?We are thinking about recommending taking the badge for Managers, but if so the process needs to be smooth and the steps to complete the badge application clear and simple.Kind regards, Elisabeth
