I invited 15 people to fill in the survey. Last friday i received the report from the survey, but it included only 9 responses.some people did not fill in the survey because they were on holidays.Can i re-open the survey, so the remaining people can fill in the survey? Kind Regards, Martijn
I recently took a new position as manager in my department in December 2023. When I looked at my results today, it shows the historical data from my previous job not my current. I would like to know if there is a way to display the historical data before I was manager of this department to show progress, if there was any.

Glint allows me to pull reports by tenure broken down in 3 month increments. There is no breakdown after the 2 year mark (all employees here for more than 2 years are lumped together). Is there a way to adjust tenure periods in the system?
I am having trouble understanding drivers we have 3 geolocations US, AUS and Europe the identified drivers for the whole company are 1 change communication 2 decision making 3 action taking however the top two of these are not identified when filtereing on each of the countries, - see table and attached, where is the change communication the highest driver if it is not in the top 3 in any of the countries? or what I am doing incorrectly? How can I remove employees from being counted in the survey once it has already been launched? I have tried deactivating them but it doesn’t seem to work. We used a specific distribution list for this survey and our HRIS is connected to Glint.

Hi Glint Community - we are aware of a newly intermittent issue with videos in the community not playing. It appears to occur only for some users, some times. If this is happening to you and you need information from one of our videos, there are 3 workaround options:you should still be able to download the video file (look to the lower right of the video window)You can also read all of the information from the video in the written summary below the fileGo to our Training platform by clicking Training in the top level navigation (if you are prompted to log in, it is asking you to log into your Glint platform in order to single sign you on). A majority of community videos are available in the Platform 101 section.Please let me know if you are a code master and have troubleshooting recommendations I can try as I investigate this issue.And thanks to all of you for your patience!
