We have a live survey and I need to make some corrections to existing participants to append / correct demographic data. Is this possible with a delta file load, and will it affect any existing survey responses? All users have a Glint ID
I have a programme in place, and whether it is approved or not, I can’t duplicate it. Is there something I’m missing or is it an access issue? I am an admin so should be able to do everything. The duplicate tab shows up when I hover on the ellipsis but nothing happens when I click it. Any help would be much appreciated!

I can no longer see the global Exit survey data for my company. When I first come in, it tells me my team is too small and then if I try to run a report and change the date range to all 2023 I get some data but still much less than I would expect for the whole company. I still have company wide access to the other survey programs. Is there something my admin has to change here?
I have a manager under me who ha a team reporting to him, but he is not getting a Glint report for his Team. The managers name is Richard Cumming and I would like him to be able to review his EIS Scores for his Team.
I have 5 out 6 responders but my engagement score is not shown, it is displaying as hyphen (--). However individual questions scores are listed with values compared to last survey and compared to benchmark. Only aggregated engagement score is not shown, It looks like a bug to me, can the team look into it.
A 360 Feedback survey was recently created for us. It is working great. Thank you. My question is I am being asked to create a different 360 survey for individuals with a whole new set of questions. Under the 360 Feedback Program platform, there is an Action button that says I can duplicate the program. Could I use this action to create the individual 360 and add the new questions. I don’t want to mess up our current program.

I am having trouble understanding drivers we have 3 geolocations US, AUS and Europe the identified drivers for the whole company are 1 change communication 2 decision making 3 action taking however the top two of these are not identified when filtereing on each of the countries, - see table and attached, where is the change communication the highest driver if it is not in the top 3 in any of the countries? or what I am doing incorrectly? Hi everyone, As part of the migration to Viva Glint (vs Linked In Glint) we want to ask more sensitive, demographic questions e.g. What is your sexuality?Looking at the below snapshot though, we’d be able to ask this in Viva Glint, but it looks like we wouldn’t be able to turn this question into an attribute. Do you know if this is the case? Ideally we want to ask more sensitive questions (still keeping thresholds) and transfer them to attributes so in reports we can view them as dropdowns if we have enough responses.Thanks for your help.

Hi, Our annual engagement pulse has been closed but we need to urgently reopen it. We have emailed to Glint support but haven’t managed to receieve any response yet. Is it possible on Glint to get a breakdown on how many people voted 1 to a statement, then 2, then 3 and so on. I was aware that what we see are weighted scores, but I have received a request to provide my seniors not sure if it still possible to get our hands on to something at that level.
In some of the Comments - Team/ Manager's name shown as "Suppressed" - May I know is these from the Direct reporters OR from one of members in the hierarchy / Tree
I cannot edit or delete a goal for my directs after cascaded or assigned- Why isnt this option available?
I’m starting a new survey program after summer and most teams will look different so I don’t want any historical comparisons. How do I turn that off? I’m also wondering, if I create a new question that is very similar to one in the question library, can I still get the external benchmark? Please note that I don’t want to adjust the original question. We have a request to include a link to a customer service survey with one question in eMail signatures. The ‘question’ would be ‘Employee Name delivers a great customer experience.’ As you can see, this replaces [Company Name Uppercase] in the curated Customer Voice question.The goal is to have it be saved as a link in a staff members email signature and/or be able to be sent out by the staff member when they complete work for an internal person and or team. We want it to be personalized and tracked per person and team for reporting progress.Is this doable with the Glint platform? If so, how can we set this up? If not, what do you recommend
