If I create a new pulse within an existing program, what does this look like for managers on their dashboard? Will they see the results from a previous pulse or just the active pulse?
When we run a report and select the time frame as “quarter”, what data will be returned please? Is this looking back over 3 months from the date that the report is generated or are there pre-defined “quarters”, so January - March, April - June etc?Many thanksSarah

We are in the process of reviewing our people engagement program. As part of the review, we want to consider and design the best ways to drive people manager accountability for engagement? Linking people engagement results to performance reviews, talent assessment, and/or rewards is one of the options we are considering. Keen to hear how other companies are doing it effectively or any other alternate strategies.
We completed a companywide employment satisfaction survey in April and would like to send out a follow up survey to gauge what managers have taken action on their selected focus areas, and see how employees are feeling following the survey. In our companywide survey, we must meet a certain threshold to see each managers results, otherwise they roll up to the next level manager. Is there a way around this so we could see each manager’s results on whether or not their team believes action has been taken?
Hello! I’m setting up an exit survey for leavers and have hit a hurdle in the Distribution step. This survey will go to each employee as a once off - would I individually add each user as required or is there a simpler way to issue?
Can members of the HR team (or anyone else for that matter) view action plans that are entered into Glint?
When I upload a distribution list of say 60 names only 50 are being brought through. Why would that be? This is a very frustrating system to work with and the help guides are not terribly helpful. Thanks

Good morning,we are planning the first launch of our employee engagement survey with Glint, so exciting.In our organization we have several employees that have a direct and a dotted line manager. We worked to have this reflected in Glint and seems to work well as we can now see 1 report for the direct reports of the manager and 1 report for the functional reports. What we cannot see is the aggregation of the 2. Did anyone experience something similar? How did you solve it? Forgot to answer that our HRIS system is Workday. Hi,We plan to encourage our teams to capture their action plans in Glint and I can see that visibility can be set to Manager or Public. As the HRBP I’d like to be able to see the Action Plans for all People Leaders in the function I support. Given I’m not the manager does this mean that People Leaders will have to set visibililty to public or is there another way I can view the action plans? If they set to public does that mean that anyone with access to Glint can see their action plans?
I would like to be able to pull a report that shows participation rate and index score by individual department.70106 78% participation with an index of 74 - something like that.
In the report on comments as well as when I export comments, there is no indication if the comment is a positive, negative, or neutral other than the aggregate percentages at the top. Is there a way to sort the comments by sentiment?
I am trying to select multiple locations and remove a small portion. Is there a way to highlight or select All and just remove the few I dont need, similar to Excel when selecting multiple options withing a column? Or do I have to click on each location individually?
Why can't I see the participation during the survey? Many locations are blank. My understanding is that if it’s below 5 respondents, data will not populate. Is that accurate?
