Hello- our HRBP wants to be able to approve the raters participants are selecting for the 360 survey. We’re considering doing this offline and then having an admin enter the raters for each participant. My question is, can Admins set raters for each of the participants in the system? Thank you!
When we go to “launch conversation” we can pick only between the tool pre-selected 3 strenght or 3 oppurtunities or 2 others. We want pick other areas, but seems not possible. Can you please help how to do it?

Is it possible to review one’s answers? I can’t recall how I scored a recent survey
I have 5 out 6 responders but my engagement score is not shown, it is displaying as hyphen (--). However individual questions scores are listed with values compared to last survey and compared to benchmark. Only aggregated engagement score is not shown, It looks like a bug to me, can the team look into it.
Hello. I am hoping for some help in navigating reports for a recent ad hoc survey we executed. The survey used solely multiple choice items. Is there a way to change the default attribute that multiple choice question report uses when displaying results? Ours defaults to manager hierarchy. We are interested in sharing reports with our stakeholders that include cutting these data by various attributes (gender, ethnicity, generation, etc.) I know how to change that per item but hoping that there may be a global solution that is much less time consuming. A 360 Feedback survey was recently created for us. It is working great. Thank you. My question is I am being asked to create a different 360 survey for individuals with a whole new set of questions. Under the 360 Feedback Program platform, there is an Action button that says I can duplicate the program. Could I use this action to create the individual 360 and add the new questions. I don’t want to mess up our current program.

Hello, I am looking to layer in current employee status (Active or Inactive) into our last Engagement survey. This will help provide context to offices with “high risk employees” - employees currently active with low engagement scores in areas of high impact. Current status gets loaded with our weekly HRIS load, but I can’t seem to figure out how to accomplish this using the Advanced analytics reporting functionality. Is this possible? Thank you!
Do I need to import a new file every time I need to update active employees? Is there any way I can manually add them one by one?

Hi, Our annual engagement pulse has been closed but we need to urgently reopen it. We have emailed to Glint support but haven’t managed to receieve any response yet. Our survey launches in a few ours (6h) for our Chinese team, but we had to update our Privacy Notice as per legal requirements. How can I reactivate the survey now that we’ve already updated the Privacy Notice?Please advise! It’s really urgent. Thanks

Hello, Following recent organizational changes, we need to update some department, sub-team, and sub-team2 names. In order to maintain historical pulse data within reporting, we need to update these group names both going forward and going back in time. How can I go about updating the history of these group names. Examples would include one department changing from ‘Development’ to ‘Solutions’ and a Sub-team changing from ‘People Ops’ to ‘People’.
