I have no survey results. I’m getting a pop up that I’m unauthorized to view my results. I know they are they because my manager forwarded to me. Is there something in my profile or setup that needs changed to view reports?

When we go to “launch conversation” we can pick only between the tool pre-selected 3 strenght or 3 oppurtunities or 2 others. We want pick other areas, but seems not possible. Can you please help how to do it?

I can no longer see the global Exit survey data for my company. When I first come in, it tells me my team is too small and then if I try to run a report and change the date range to all 2023 I get some data but still much less than I would expect for the whole company. I still have company wide access to the other survey programs. Is there something my admin has to change here?
I did find the Day 1 my LES & Voice results into my HR Portal.,,But the 2nd Day onwards i could not find the link into My HR portal and also in the Dash Board.Please help me to find the link and to extract my LES & Voice results summary. ThanksBala

Hello, I am looking to layer in current employee status (Active or Inactive) into our last Engagement survey. This will help provide context to offices with “high risk employees” - employees currently active with low engagement scores in areas of high impact. Current status gets loaded with our weekly HRIS load, but I can’t seem to figure out how to accomplish this using the Advanced analytics reporting functionality. Is this possible? Thank you!
Help! I just spent over an hour with my team presenting our survey results. we selected 3 focus areas and manually created 2-3 follow-up activities for each. When we were done, I clicked on the DONE button but now i cannot find any of those activities. Help! troy.bruder@volvo.com
I have noticed that when you export a report that there are times when a section (for example a Heat map) will bleed to the next page or slide and sometimes it does not. Is there anyway to change the setting where it can be on one page regardless of the size/ number or rows or columns?
Can you change the distribution list after a survey has been launched. Do you just resend all the emails?
I was not able to select all the raters I was planning to as a few of the individuals’ name and email address was not provided in the search list (company internal individuals). How can this be fixed ?
If I create a new pulse within an existing program, what does this look like for managers on their dashboard? Will they see the results from a previous pulse or just the active pulse?
I have a programme in place, and whether it is approved or not, I can’t duplicate it. Is there something I’m missing or is it an access issue? I am an admin so should be able to do everything. The duplicate tab shows up when I hover on the ellipsis but nothing happens when I click it. Any help would be much appreciated!
