I have set up a survey template for the end of year engagement surbvey which contains approx 40 questions. When I launched the survey it only picked up 14 questions. Why is this?
Please make sure the corresponding cycle number is selected to make sure it is included in the survey cycle. You will want to make sure all 40 questions have the cycle number selected which can be confirmed by the gray circle to the right of the question text. In the example below, this question is currently included for cycles 1 and 3 but it is not included for cycles 2 and 4:
