Hi,I got the wrong refenrce for 2023 in my Volvo Group Pulse report. I was Acting section manager during 2023 and my group results for 2024 is compared to the Section score values for 2023 when it states increase/decrease from last year. How can I get in the correct group score for my team as 2023 reference? Also in the heat map I have group scores in 2020, 2021, 2022 & 2024 and Sections cores in 2023. I have the 2023 scores from my last year group report. But I would like to have it in so my current year report will show the correct numbers Best regards, Peter

I invited 15 people to fill in the survey. Last friday i received the report from the survey, but it included only 9 responses.some people did not fill in the survey because they were on holidays.Can i re-open the survey, so the remaining people can fill in the survey? Kind Regards, Martijn

The director of compliance is interested in having the Exit Survey comments to her inbox mainly the compliance questions in our Exit Survey so that team can act on those comments quickly.
Hi, Our annual engagement pulse has been closed but we need to urgently reopen it. We have emailed to Glint support but haven’t managed to receieve any response yet. Hi everyone, As part of the migration to Viva Glint (vs Linked In Glint) we want to ask more sensitive, demographic questions e.g. What is your sexuality?Looking at the below snapshot though, we’d be able to ask this in Viva Glint, but it looks like we wouldn’t be able to turn this question into an attribute. Do you know if this is the case? Ideally we want to ask more sensitive questions (still keeping thresholds) and transfer them to attributes so in reports we can view them as dropdowns if we have enough responses.Thanks for your help.

I am trying to select multiple locations and remove a small portion. Is there a way to highlight or select All and just remove the few I dont need, similar to Excel when selecting multiple options withing a column? Or do I have to click on each location individually?
We completed a companywide employment satisfaction survey in April and would like to send out a follow up survey to gauge what managers have taken action on their selected focus areas, and see how employees are feeling following the survey. In our companywide survey, we must meet a certain threshold to see each managers results, otherwise they roll up to the next level manager. Is there a way around this so we could see each manager’s results on whether or not their team believes action has been taken?
We have created 360 feedback surveys for our leaders and when they go to view the raters (already pre-populated for them) they are unable to and instead get redirected to their annual survey results?
I am trying to add a focus area and it will not give me an option to add any focus area even though I had more than 5 surveys.
