I am looking for a way to get in touch with customer support to reset my survey responses or reopen my responses for me to update. I sent a request on 9/17 (455940) and unfortunately 10 days later I have not heard a peep. My company survey closes on the 29th.

Having a hard time getting in touch with support my self, any luck? 


I finally got in touch with them via my HR team. They have yet to return the call I made and my email ticket still has no answer.
