When we our surveys, we regularly have our HRBPs and Admins responding to manager requests for updates on their response rates. Is it possible to provide leaders with access to live response rates without providing live access to results? If it is not possible, would this be something considered on the roadmap?To clarify, we have historically provided managers with phased access of their results. Our reasoning had been to avoid a direct report mentioning to their manager that they just finished the survey and then having that manager notice their score(s) went up or down, compromising confidentiality slightly (especially on smaller teams).
Is it possible to configure the recognition templates by adding, removing, or editing the standard ones shown in the training videos? For example, would it be possible to add five new ones that align with our values, allowing our associates to simultaneously show recognition and reinforce our culture?
I have walked through the People Science Modules under Admin 101 and Admin 201 multiple times and for some reason it does not mark them complete. Am I missing a “mark complete” button or something?
Is it possible to remove a question and its results from the dashboard/reports view? We ran a survey with a question, “I intend to leave the organization.” rather than, “I do not intend on leaving the organization.” or something else like it. Now we have results that our stakeholders are worried will be confusing during presentations, since a desirable score shows up as a low score (color-coded red), and the rest are the opposite.
