Is it possible to remove a question and its results from the dashboard/reports view? We ran a survey with a question, “I intend to leave the organization.” rather than, “I do not intend on leaving the organization.” or something else like it. Now we have results that our stakeholders are worried will be confusing during presentations, since a desirable score shows up as a low score (color-coded red), and the rest are the opposite.

It is not possible to remove a question from appearing on the dashboard. Instead, I might suggest limiting the audience (role groups) that will have access to the results of this particular survey.
