Hi Glint Community - we are aware of a newly intermittent issue with videos in the community not playing. It appears to occur only for some users, some times. If this is happening to you and you need information from one of our videos, there are 3 workaround options:you should still be able to download the video file (look to the lower right of the video window)You can also read all of the information from the video in the written summary below the fileGo to our Training platform by clicking Training in the top level navigation (if you are prompted to log in, it is asking you to log into your Glint platform in order to single sign you on). A majority of community videos are available in the Platform 101 section.Please let me know if you are a code master and have troubleshooting recommendations I can try as I investigate this issue.And thanks to all of you for your patience!
Exciting news: The Glint Community team is in the process of migrating our online community to a new platform. This change will go live on June 22 and will have a significant (and - we hope - very positive) impact on the site's look and feel, navigability, and users' ability to access. Major changes will include:A public landing page for easier sharing with team members who are not in the communityMore focused discussions and QA sectionsUpdated accessSimplified navigationRegister for one of two welcoming sessions on June 30 for a guided tour of the new platform: 10a ET or 3p ETActions to take / What to expect as users:Changes to authentication - For a period of time after the new version of the community goes live, all community users will log in with a username and password. Most of you currently SSO through the Glint dashboard and use email address as username. You will still be able to access the community through the dashboard, and can access the public home page without logging

Looking for something? First, make sure you are logged in. Registered users have access to more content, and customers have access to all community and knowledge base content. Look at the upper right corner of the site; if you see a circle with your avatar (an image you have chosen or the first initial of your username), you are logged in. If you see the word Login, you aren’t - click it to enter your information. Start with SearchSearch is great if you know what you are looking for. The Search on the home page will pull from across the community site, as well as surface content from our Glint People Academy training site. If the autofill drop down doesn’t show what you’re looking for, select enter after your search term. This will take you to a page where you can filter by date, article type, and more.
