Hi Shay! I think this is happening because while some of the scores may be the same , some of the other scores may have changed, thus changing order of highest to lowest. Or are you saying that every single score between the two maps are the same? Definitely check out Heat Map Report (3:54) if you haven't yet as it explains it much more eloquently than I did!
Hi Chris - a team's results are suppressed in cases where it is necessary to protect the confidentiality of another team. Check out Glint's training on Confidentiality (3:32) for a high level understanding, and if you want to really get in the weeds, there's a good discussion here: Suppressed data_capped?
Hi Jennifer, the default is 5 for quantitative data, and 10 for qualitative data (comments). You can learn all about it in this quick video or read through - Confidentiality (3:32)
Hi Gustav! I'd recommend you link here - https://community.glintinc.com/community/training/pages/manager-training - it will allow managers to make a quick hop over to their 101 training but also highlight relevant resources and QA. Our interactive trainings are on a platform that is only accessible if users pass through the community first. This is likely to change in the next few months, but for now, try the above to help them easily navigate. Thanks!
Hi @jan.willem.gunnink - I'm sorry for missing this. Go to the report of interest and open the filter panel, then click on the name of the survey you are looking at. It will drop down a list of prior surveys. See below and let me know if this helps or if you have additional questions!
Hi @audrey.kuah - I'm assuming you're on your dashboard's home page, in the scores section? If so, you can hover over where it says "My Teams" to see the full survey item/question. This is how it looks in my instance:If you click on it, it will also show the favorability, trend line (if you have enough data), and percent respondents in a box to the right.
Hi @aj.pratt, yes there is. You can resend the survey here https://app.glintinc.com/clientname#/resend-pulse (using your organization's ID in place of clientname).
Hi again @rosie.scannell3362 - I answered too soon. We always recommend viewing the library questions in the platform to ensure you're not using outdated terminology or categories.
Hi Laura - That's your People Science Consultant -- the team behind all of our thought leadership. Thanks for pointing out the acronym, we'll update it for other new clients.Does that help? Welcome to Glint!
