Hi, I am unable to see old reports of the survey , because currently a survey is on in the organization ? Could you please guide me how to see old reports in such a case ?
When managers are logging in to see the results of our recent survey, which closed on 4/8, they are seeing last year's results. How can they see the current survey? Do I need to do anything as I didn't last year. PLEASE HELP! Thanks!!

I am needing my survey reset since I was not given the opportunity to post comments. I need this prior to 9/29.
We’d like to enable dual language survey emails. How can this be configured? Is it necessary to define a language field in the distribution data file? We haven’t been able to find any documentation on enabling this.Note that all communication translations have already been input in the program set up.

Hi, Our annual engagement pulse has been closed but we need to urgently reopen it. We have emailed to Glint support but haven’t managed to receieve any response yet. In the report on comments as well as when I export comments, there is no indication if the comment is a positive, negative, or neutral other than the aggregate percentages at the top. Is there a way to sort the comments by sentiment?
