Hello, we have just run our first engagement survey and I am looking at one of our business units where it is showing on the heatmap that Feedback is a theme as an opportunity, and we’d like to propose targeted feedback training to upskill the managers.How do I generate a report of all the managers within a certain area, from who Feedback is an opportunity? Throughout the entire hierarchy.

I have noticed that when you export a report that there are times when a section (for example a Heat map) will bleed to the next page or slide and sometimes it does not. Is there anyway to change the setting where it can be on one page regardless of the size/ number or rows or columns?

Hello- our HRBP wants to be able to approve the raters participants are selecting for the 360 survey. We’re considering doing this offline and then having an admin enter the raters for each participant. My question is, can Admins set raters for each of the participants in the system? Thank you!

Hello, I am looking to layer in current employee status (Active or Inactive) into our last Engagement survey. This will help provide context to offices with “high risk employees” - employees currently active with low engagement scores in areas of high impact. Current status gets loaded with our weekly HRIS load, but I can’t seem to figure out how to accomplish this using the Advanced analytics reporting functionality. Is this possible? Thank you!

We’d like to enable dual language survey emails. How can this be configured? Is it necessary to define a language field in the distribution data file? We haven’t been able to find any documentation on enabling this.Note that all communication translations have already been input in the program set up.

Hi, Our annual engagement pulse has been closed but we need to urgently reopen it. We have emailed to Glint support but haven’t managed to receieve any response yet. We completed a companywide employment satisfaction survey in April and would like to send out a follow up survey to gauge what managers have taken action on their selected focus areas, and see how employees are feeling following the survey. In our companywide survey, we must meet a certain threshold to see each managers results, otherwise they roll up to the next level manager. Is there a way around this so we could see each manager’s results on whether or not their team believes action has been taken?
