Hi @zane.hwang.xmmkw In the HRBP user role, you would need to add the following permissions:Manage People > Log In AsThen, you need to set up Admin Access for each HRBP. Open up the People page for each HRBP, and now you should see a new section called “Admin Access”. Use the filters to set up their access for who they can log in as. Typically this would match the same access they have for the survey program. If your HRBP role has “All” access, then the Admin Access will default to “All” and you don’t have to set any additional access. Unfortunately, results notification emails are not available for lifecycle surveys, such as onboarding and exit. Some customers have set up their own internal recurring reminders to their stakeholders/HR teams to review lifecycle survey results on a regular basis.

Please try creating the new goal for Communication by going to your Dashboard for the May 2022 pulse, and scroll to the Strengths & Opportunities section. Select the “Take Action” button next to Communication, and this should create a new goal based on the new May 2022 survey cycle. Hi @jazmine.jung ,You may use the data attributes in the filters that are specific to your organization’s survey and reports. In this case, it looks like “Suvey_Quarter” is what you’re looking for, however, please keep in mind that you may not see results in this breakdown due to confidentiality thresholds.
