how to download a manager report in excel that is not in CSV format

hi Judy, thanks for the quick answer and happy to see that new capabilities are to come. In the meantime, isn’t there a work around? I realize that some other colleagues with Carrier are able to get the report in excel in the proper XLSX format. So wondering whether there would be an easy workaround until the new capabilities are up and running.thanks,Franck
