Can I resend Pulse to specific Participants again

I have sent out a pulse, I have also sent out a reminder.  Some people say they have not received their invite, can I send the link to them specifically??ThanksColleen

Distribution list isn't including all names

When I upload a distribution list of say 60 names only 50 are being brought through.  Why would that be?  This is a very frustrating system to work with and the help guides are not terribly helpful. Thanks
