What is the score we are looking for in the employee engagement survey?

Hi @kim.irby - it depends what you mean.  If you’re asking which of the items’ scores you should pay most attention to, Glint typically recommends the engagement score listed in the upper left corner of your dashboard (the number is the largest thing you’ll see).  If you’re asking what score is you should be looking to achieve, that’s a very different question worth spending time with your leadership discussing.  Glint doesn’t recommend using scores as report cards (below x is bad, above y is good), but seeing the scores as information about a moment in time that you can then have team conversations around and take action for ongoing, never ending engagement and feedback.
