Is there a guideline as to how much the esat score is expected to improve from one survey to the next based on where on the scale your score is?

@kjerstig

Though this article focuses on individual leader score targets, much of the rationale would apply to the overall company scores as well: https://community.glintinc.com/best-practices-for-using-glint-engage-52/setting-targets-rethinking-success-metrics-876

Then may be two points in particular from that article will be helpful:

For companies that already are scoring high, the increase potential will be smaller compared to those with lower scores. Scores that start off lower are much easier to improve than scores that are 80 or above. Action Taking is critical - Employees whose perceptions about action taking improved saw an increase in their engagement score by 7 points, whereas those who remained the same from survey to survey saw their engagement scores drop by 4 points.

Hope this helps!
