Hi everyone! I’m Eric, the Head of People Science Intelligence at Glint. It’s wonderful to join the discussion in this vibrant community! In case you haven’t heard, last month we released a new Employee Well-Being Report that shared findings from our latest Glint research related to work flexibility, talent mobility, and the contrast between candidate expectations and employee realities. I feel particularly passionately about the talent mobility problem, as I believe organizations’ abilities to facilitate mobility will be essential to their retention of employees moving forward.
