If your organization uses Glint 360, use the resources outlined below to help guide you through the configuration and change management processes.

360 community resources

General resources - getting familiar with 360 feedback

Use the guide below to get familiar with Glint’s methodology around 360 programs and the importance of feedback in your organization.

For participants

  • Glint’s 360 one-page Manager Guide will help managers understand the importance of participating in 360 feedback, and guide them through the process.

  • The 360 Reporting Quick Reference Guide will walk managers through their 360 report, helping them interpret results and understand how and where to take action.

For admins

The resources below will help administrators create and configure 360 programs in the Glint Platform.

To launch a 360 Feedback program using Glint Guided Experience):

The following resources are for all administrators:

  1. Creating your 360 Program - Behaviors and Competencies

    • Glint’s 360 core and alternate questions have been researched and curated by our People Science team to provide you with the most relevant behaviors and competencies for your programs.

    • The 360 Item Design Guide for Administrators provides information around how to design your 360 programs to ensure the behaviors and competencies being measured reflect your organization’s goals and priorities.

  2. Configuring your 360 Program in the Glint Platform

    • Glint’s 360 product admin guide provides a detailed explanation of how to configure 360s in the Glint Platform.

    • FAQs answers questions about 360 configuration and planning.

    • Survey Testing Checklist helps you to review your program configuration for a successful launch.

360 training

About this series: Includes a review of the basics, process overview, and a more in-depth look at the different stages of the program and what will happen in each of the stages

Best suited for: Participants who are the subject of a 360 program
