For Managers: Find a downloadable Manager Quick Guide for Interpreting the Team Summary dashboard experience on this community page. The Manager Quick Guide will download as a zip file as it is available in multiple languages.

How are Strengths & Opportunities derived and what is the color coding explanation?

Find detailed information here.

Q: Is the Team Summary dashboard customizable? Can certain sections be removed or added to the landing dashboard?

No, the Team Summary dashboard cannot be customized by admins for a given population. When viewed as a report (via the ‘Reports’ tab), users may add sections or use filters and save them as a personal report, but admins cannot directly customize the report shown to their population.

Q: Are users able to filter the new dashboard view before reviewing results, Strengths & Opportunities, and viewing the interactive presentation?

No, filtering is not currently available for Team Summary. However, filtering of the results is available in the Reports tab. We have designed Team Summary to be the default dashboard for managers. In conversations with many managers, we found that filtering was typically not critical to understanding results and often a distraction, so we've kept the dashboard simple with options to jump to advanced reports for deeper dive analysis.

Q: What languages are the videos that accompany the Strengths and Opportunities section available in?

Closed captioning for videos are available in English, EU French, German, Dutch, Spanish (LatAm), Japanese, Portuguese (Brazil), Simplified Chinese, Italian, Polish, Turkish, and Russian. All videos have been recorded in English.

Q: What are the “Celebrations” that I see in the Teams Conversation presentation? When will “Celebrations” occur?

“Celebrations” is an animation in the Teams Conversations presentation and the Team Summary report that allows teams to take a moment to acknowledge and discuss the positive team results that have occurred. Celebrations occur when there are positive changes in previously committed Focus Areas or there are positive changes in engagement scores. If there are no positive changes, then we do not show this view in either Team Summary or Team Conversations.

Pushpin. Note:

  • Users with Live reporting access may see the Celebration slide and confetti fly before the survey is closed and that conclusion may not be indicative of actual results when the survey is completed. Let your leaders know that the Celebration section is not party-worthy until such time that the survey is closed!
  • The Celebration section takes additional factors into account to determine whether question scores are above benchmark as compared to other reports. For more details, see the Celebration section of the Team Summary - Manager Dashboard resource.

Will the Driver Impact report have the option to toggle from “versus average question” to “versus company”?

This is a feature that we are actively considering, and we are currently working to understand its prioritization and timeline.

Does a manager have to commit to a Focus Area in order to mark the meeting as done?

No. Creating a Focus Area is not required to mark the meeting as done.
