Hi, we have conducted GLINT survey for the Company this year and now are in the process of analyzing the results. Please, advise why IMPACT of question changes? Why  is it  different for different countries?

Hi @elena.yakubenko - you will notice that impact changes for any set of filters you apply: country, department, tenure, etc.  This is because different groups are impacted in different ways.  Perhaps (as an example) one country has a culture where worklife balance is very important, and therefore the impact of the worklife balance score will be higher than in countries where worklife balance is less of a priority.  The same could be true of a team, gender, etc.
