Is it possible that the September 2018 and August 2019 surveys were different survey programmes? If so, you can find a downward-facing caret on the dashboard next to the survey you’re currently looking at. This will give you a dropdown option to the other programmes.
If they’re both from the same survey programme, you can get different the results from different survey cycles via the Executive Summary report. On this report, you can click into the filter bar at the top, and then on the left-hand side, change the pulse date in the dropdown menu next to the survey name.
If neither of these work, I’d suggest reaching out to support@glintinc.com for specific troubleshooting.
