We rolled out a pulse with a question where the “I absolutely agree” is actually a bad thing, it should be interpreted as a negative metric, but GLINT scores its (pretty high) score as blue in the reports. Is there a way to tell the software which end of the question has to be interpreted as positive/negative?

@federico.potenza I’m relatively certain that we won’t be able to make that change, but perhaps the question can be dropped. This is just a thought/guess and you definitely need to go to support@glintinc.com for this issue. We really encourage customers not to veer from our Questions Library because of exactly this type of situation. I am hoping tech support can come up with a solution for you.
