When trying to view a manager’s rollup, I’m seeing an error of: "invalid manager hierarchy detected". But the employee has a manager listed and the manager ID matches the employee ID of the manager.

This is effecting an entire department’s ability to track progress and eventually view results.

How do I correct this in an active survey?

I have an email to support, but haven’t received a response.

Unfortunately my email has been bounced around to different account directors. Hopefully I’ll get to a resolution tonight/tomorrow.
