What is the difference between Exec Summary and Executive Summary Report?

What is the difference between Exec Summary and Executive Summary Report? When I compared side by side, there was no noticeable difference. Do you need both as they feed in from the system or can we eliminate one as there may be confusion.

Why can't my managers see our current results? It is showing last year's results when they login

When managers are logging in to see the results of our recent survey, which closed on 4/8, they are seeing last year's results.  How can they see the current survey?  Do I need to do anything as I didn't last year.  PLEASE HELP!  Thanks!!

Remove a Question from Dashboard

Is it possible to remove a question and its results from the dashboard/reports view? We ran a survey with a question, “I intend to leave the organization.” rather than, “I do not intend on leaving the organization.” or something else like it. Now we have results that our stakeholders are worried will be confusing during presentations, since a desirable score shows up as a low score (color-coded red), and the rest are the opposite.

Onboarding Survey Comparison Data

I am trying to pull numbers from our 45-day onboarding survey and I need help understanding the data comparison data. I have my overall Onboarding eSat as my main metric of the survey in which I have benchmark comparison and a date comparison. I have attached an image to showcase what I am seeing. I would understand if instead of vs April it said vs July as July is 90 days previous from today (October 12th, 2023), but my date comparison shows April. When I toggle to the Last 30 days, it changes to vs August. Again, I would assume last 30 days from today would be September. Any help or insight to help me understand this is much appreciated! Thank you!

Completed goals disappeared off dashboard

Variance/ Standard deviation within survey scores

Can Glint provide standard-deviation within a particular survey question score/ overall score?  The standard deviation would help determine the extent to which a group are answering questions consistently. E.g. Given two groups of 100 people, both with a mean of 60 but a standard deviation of 10 vs 20, this would give insight that the average difference from the mean is small in group 1 and large in group 2 indicating consistency of opinion in group 1 and a wide variety of opinion in group 2. Currently, it seems, there is no way to get this insight in Glint except by breaking the groups out into smaller groups.Thanks

How do you adjust tenure periods in reports?

Glint allows me to pull reports by tenure broken down in 3 month increments. There is no breakdown after the 2 year mark (all employees here for more than 2 years are lumped together). Is there a way to adjust tenure periods in the system?

Results Not Displaying

One of our senior leaders (org size of 380) clicked on a topic in the strengths and opportunities section.  When he scrolled down to the Managers section, only 2 of 3 of his SBUs had noted results.  There was an All section, where the third SBU results would be included.   I checked and the topic was on the opportunity side of the missing SBU.  See the screen shot below.
