Changing an Employee Number

We have a few employees who had left the company and then come back. That said, when we do a rehire in our HRIS system, they keep the email alias they had but it does not give them the same employee number… it generates a new one. This is causing issues with uploading users and the manager hierarchy. I had tried my glint version of “turning off and on” - deactivate the employee(s) does not work/ nor does reactivating them. How do I change/update an employee’s “employee number” in Glint?

Reporting - Combining Manager Results

I saw a question out here about wanting to combine results from 2 managers into one report and the result was that a Zendesk ticket had to be open but there was no response as to whether it could be done.  We have a similar need where we have multiple managers that do not have enough directs to get reporting (they report to different managers), so they wanted to combine their teams results so they could get perspectives.  One was that they wanted to see how their population in Canada is doing.  Can someone let me know if that is possible or if I need to open a special request to do so?

Issues with adding generic survey link login fields

We have followed the instructions for adding the generic login fields and labels and continuously get a Try again when trying to import the labels. There is no other error information so we can’t determine what we aren’t doing correctly. Thx

Survey questions export file is showing old questions too

Login Access

Previously when we have sent out surveys employees can access the link from their work emails with no problem. We launched our survey yesterday and unless you are a people manager with SSO access you cannot access the survey. All of our employees access is listed as none...but I can’t update it and not sure if that will fix the problem.

Export data from Multiple Surveys into one report

We have different pulses for onboarding surveys. example 45 day, 90 day, 6 months, 1 year etc. I’m trying to see if the filter can allow you to select more than one survey so when I export the data to spreadsheet, it’ll show the results for the surveys selected with the survey name so we can filter to the survey we want to analyze. this will save us a ton of time instead of having to export each survey result individually.

Statistically significant sample size 5 responses?

I’m struggling to understand how valid the survey data is comparing a group of 5 total responses to a company average. My training in statistics would tell me I don’t have a statistically significant sample size to compare data.

Glint Pulse Survey Results Color Coding

I don’t understand how Glint is deciding to color code results in a pulse survey.  I will see some items in blue, grey, or red and I can’t figure out what dictates the color coding. For example, I have one question with all favorable responses and score of 90 but it is colored red.  Yet I have a different question with all favorable responses and score of 90 that is colored blue.  This doesn’t make sense to me.  Both questions are higher scores than the last survey so both have trended up.  Why is one red and the other blue? I have not been able to find details on this coloring.  Does anyone have more info on this?

 I only see overall company results but cannot find a filter by manager/leader. I have been given access to compile data on the top performing managers within the organization but cannot find a filter for leaders.

Alternatives to Matrix Question

We are planning to launch a survey with several matrix-style questions but understand this is not a current functionality in Glint. We are open to ideas as to how to get around this but can’t think of any alternative other than breaking out each matrix option to be its own question.Thanks for any suggestions!
