How can we leverage performance reviews, talent management processes, or rewards to drive people manager accountability for engagement? Are there any companies doing it effectively?
We are in the process of reviewing our people engagement program. As part of the review, we want to consider and design the best ways to drive people manager accountability for engagement? Linking people engagement results to performance reviews, talent assessment, and/or rewards is one of the options we are considering. Keen to hear how other companies are doing it effectively or any other alternate strategies.
Help! We have deployed and closed our survey. Three days later we received an email from an employee stating that they never received any of the invites to take the survey. Do we have the option to add her now and deploy the survey onl to her without causing disruption or population-facing “nudges” to go out to everyone? We have not sure the results yet and so this would not cause a confidentiality issue from that perspective.

Also, can you confirm for me that my understanding is correct that the people pulse is posted twice a year (open for everyone to take). If an employee has completed their people pulse earlier this year, it counts towards the completion percentage, and do not need to complete again. Is that correct?
How can I find the results for Meaningful Work, Empowered, and Energized for my Team’s results in the current Signals results?The instructions in the deck says - “Meaningful Work, Empowered, & Energized scores: Dashboard -> Scores-> Expand “Thriving” by clicking the arrow to the left of “Thriving” to find these three -> “Score” column.”However, there’s no arrow to the left of “Thriving” and I’ve clicked everywhere else but don’t see these three categories’ scores.

With the new focus area reports, does anyone have a workaround to track top focus areas leaders are choosing?
Recently the Focus Area reports updated and our company was previously using them to track the top focus areas our leaders were choosing so we could provide appropriate resources. Now when we export the Focus Area Usage report we can see how many they choose but not which ones, and with the All Action Items spreadsheet we get skewed numbers because it’ll show as multiple counts for each action item associated with the focus area (for example, if someone has 4 action items associated with 1 focus area, when we do a count function it’ll show up as 4). Has anyone found a way to still accurately track how many of each focus area is chosen?
My Personal account is suppose to have the blue print survey and I haven't received it by email and my boss tried to send it to me and still was still unable to get it and right on the blue print button on etk its still says I don't have one, who do I need to contact so I can get my survey done?
