Change in management

Hello can I please request access to the following sites, following a change in management recently. Individual 1 from Cocks Moors Woods to Fox Hollies Leisure Centre and Beeches Pool and Fitness Centre. Operational and functional manager reports

Good morning,we are planning the first launch of our employee engagement survey with Glint, so exciting.In our organization we have several employees that have a direct and a dotted line manager. We worked to have this reflected in Glint and seems to work well as we can now see 1 report for the direct reports of the manager and 1 report for the functional reports. What we cannot see is the aggregation of the 2. Did anyone experience something similar? When an employee transfers into a new team, does their new manager see their previous feedback?

And (similar question) if a manager transfers to a new role do they see the previous data on their new team, and no longer have access to their old team’s data? Thanks, brains!

Employee unable to take survey

I have an employee who just returned from a Leave of Absence and is unable to take survey.  When he clicks to take the survey, he sees the message “Successfully Logged Out” immediately after he logged in.  How can this be resolved?  Thank you.

I did not receive an email with a link that shows my survey results and when I go into the Glint site separately it says to follow the specific link that was emailed to me to see my reports. Are you able to resend the email to me or allow me to have access within the website alone?Thanks,Linzy

How to bulk load into a User Role?

We are setting up User Roles for the first time and would like to know how to bulk load leaders into each User Role based on certain attributes. Every guidance I have seen requires you to identify individuals and go in to add User Role in that profile. This manual process is not feasible for hundreds of manager roles. There must be some way to add  many leaders into one User Role without going through this process, but I cannot find information on how. Thank you!

"Why it matters" blurbs in Goals/Action Plans

Each Goal/Action Plan used to have a small section that I think was titled “Why it matters.” It was short, about a paragraph or two, but was nice because it summed up the purpose of the question. I think it looked something like this. I can’t find them anymore in the Goals -- anyone know what happened and how I can find the content?

Hi, I miss survey result from a full team of 10 employees, according the the survey result no one in the team has answered - could that really be correct? The team is led by a consultant, could that be the reason why we have not received any result from the team?

Removing averaged/normalised score

Hi there,Is there a way to remove the normalised scores and just have the standard Favourable/Neutral/Unfavourable scores?  I’m finding it difficult to be able to really dive deeper in my people’s thoughts and sentiment when I have one score which tells me one thing only.I understand the rationale but I don’t think its particularly easy to explain to non-data literate individuals.Timmy

Heat Maps - How to view 1 item score with two demographics in columns and rows

Is there an ability to create a heatmap that compares a single survey item across two demographics in rows and columns? For example, I would like to compare only engagement scores for gender across departments in one heatmap view. Based on training, it looks like you can only view one demographic in against all survey items in rows.Is this functionality available, and if not would it be possible to include in the future?
