Dear colleagues,I’m Head of P&O Sandoz Belarus, would like to apply to you with the question which I’ve got from our SEC team.Could you, please, check if all respondents of Team Perspective Survey get the final report with team answers. For example, if Compliance Manager is a direct report to country head, the Compliance Manager should receive survey report where he/she participated in. Thank you! Hello. I am hoping for some help in navigating reports for a recent ad hoc survey we executed. The survey used solely multiple choice items. Is there a way to change the default attribute that multiple choice question report uses when displaying results? Ours defaults to manager hierarchy. We are interested in sharing reports with our stakeholders that include cutting these data by various attributes (gender, ethnicity, generation, etc.) I know how to change that per item but hoping that there may be a global solution that is much less time consuming. Thank you in advance, Adam
I am having trouble understanding drivers we have 3 geolocations US, AUS and Europe the identified drivers for the whole company are 1 change communication 2 decision making 3 action taking however the top two of these are not identified when filtereing on each of the countries, - see table and attached, where is the change communication the highest driver if it is not in the top 3 in any of the countries? or what I am doing incorrectly? I have attached a document with snips of the different driver reports . thanks Global key drivers 1 change communication 2nd decision making 3 action taking US 1 = distress response satisfaction 2nd = patient focus 3rd = recommend service In AUS 1 action taking 2 leadership 3 workload In UK 1 action taking 2nd career 3 quality and safety questions
Hi,I have 10 people in my group, 8 of them responded to survey. I ended up with a score of 91% on one question. I can also see in the exec summary that “% favorable” for that question is 100. How do I end up with 91%? Unless there is different weight for 4 and 5 answers, it seems impossible to get 91%Thanks
We have a live survey and I need to make some corrections to existing participants to append / correct demographic data. Is this possible with a delta file load, and will it affect any existing survey responses? All users have a Glint ID
A 360 Feedback survey was recently created for us. It is working great. Thank you. My question is I am being asked to create a different 360 survey for individuals with a whole new set of questions. Under the 360 Feedback Program platform, there is an Action button that says I can duplicate the program. Could I use this action to create the individual 360 and add the new questions. I don’t want to mess up our current program.
