Hi @shaun.croft - First, choose the report you’d like to download by clicking Reports in your top level navigation bar and then choosing the report from report options.  Then, in the upper right of the report window there are three little icons: a gear, an arrow pointing into a box, and a vertical ellipses.  Click the arrow pointing into a box icon and it will open a list of export options including “Download to PowerPoint”
