Is it possible to see scores per quarter or the number of respondents per quarter?

You may use the data attributes in the filters that are specific to your organization’s survey and reports. In this case, it looks like “Suvey_Quarter” is what you’re looking for, however, please keep in mind that you may not see results in this breakdown due to confidentiality thresholds.
