I have joined recently as Line Manager. Pls guide me , How Do I check my dashboard /status of Survey completed in my unit. While login to my account , I am unable to see % survey completion status of my team

Hi Manoj! You are not able to view completion rates while the survey is in progress, only administrators have that capability. The reason is that we do not want leaders pressuring their teams as feedback is at its best when freely given. We do encourage you, however, to continue promoting the benefits of providing feedback to your teams during the period in which the survey is open to get people excited about taking the survey.
