Glint Community An online forum for Glint customers to connect with one another around best practices and advice. The Glint Community also hosts product documentation, quick answers to questions from our team of Glint experts, step-by-step guidance, Glint best practices and more. A treasure trove for admins!

Glint People Academy Glint’s online training site which includes materials about our self-serve programs, organizational development best-practices, and on-demand Manager, HR, and Admin training for Glint programs. All Customers
Glint Guided Experience A toolkit which allows customers to set up and launch multiple surveys and other Glint programs independently with the knowledge that Glint’s technical support team is on standby behind the scenes. Glint Guided Experience customers have an all-access pass to every resource admins need to set up and launch surveys and feedback programs and then to put program results to work.

Program Administration Provides admins the ownership and permission to make edits to existing Glint programs or configure new ones. Recent enhancements allow customers to add or remove questions, edit email reminders and much more, directly in the Glint web app. If you don’t currently have this feature but would like to use it, contact customer support at support@glintinc.com

support@glintinc.com On March 8, 2025, we will discontinue direct access to our support team for LinkedIn Glint end users. Due to low engagement from end users in the latter half of 2024, and to help prepare your organization for the support experience at Viva Glint, when end users email support@glintinc.com, they will receive an automated response with helpful articles. These responses are curated from past tickets that address the most common support cases. LinkedIn Glint admins will still have access to our support team via this email address until further notice.
