Glint is joining the Microsoft Viva family in 2023!
In becoming a core part of the Viva employee experience platform, Glint will bring feedback, insights, and action-taking directly into the flow of work – helping organizations drive behavior change at scale. This next chapter puts Glint much closer to fulfilling our mission of helping people be happier and more successful at work.
Change can be hard. That said, LinkedIn and Microsoft are committed to ensuring a smooth transition and committed to transparency in communicating what you can expect leading up to the transition in 2023. Below are important points for you to know:
No action is required from you at this time. Our intent is to minimize disruption to you as we prepare for the move to Viva. As we formulate a transition plan, we will proactively communicate that information as early as possible.
You’ll have the same product experience. Leading up to the transition in 2023, you will be able to use the current Glint platform with the same high-quality product experience. Glint’s product release cadence and process will not change. As always, we will continue to provide the performance, availability, and quality of service which we have provided in the past.
You’ll have the same support and services. Your account team at LinkedIn will continue to deliver your current level of services and support through the term of your Glint contract. We will also continue to deliver resources to keep you informed of upcoming product releases, new knowledge base content, and recommended best practices from our People Science team.
There will be no impact to other LinkedIn products with this change. This upcoming transition does not change how you purchase and use LinkedIn’s other hiring and learning products. LinkedIn will continue to focus on connecting organizations and talent more efficiently and deeply by drawing on our unique member ecosystem.
