Hi Ketki, Deactivating an employee will do just that. No historic scores will be deleted. However, they will not be eligible to receive the new survey and will not be able to log-in of course if a login was provided. If you want to delete historic reports, it's best to contact glint support. please note that this may come at additional costs I think, but to be sure - best to ask the support team! Good luck! Vincent van Ravenswaaij
Hi Shiela, The colours are relatively based on the minimum and maximum score of a heatmap and can be found under the heatmap, so in this example: The lowest score is somewhere around 50 and the highest around 87. so 50 will become the darkest red and 87 the darkest blue. any shade between is therefore relative to these scores. Hope this helps! Vincent van Ravenswaaij
Hi Franciska, This can be found under the general settings (from Home menu > Cog > General settings). Depending on your rights of course this might not be accesible, your platform administrator should be able to provide an answer however :) Kind regards, Vincent van Ravenswaaij
Hi kakuk, This is dependent on the configuration of the survey and/or the support document that has been set-up with the glint support team (this I'm not 100% sure since it's a long time ago :) ).Depending on the set-up there are three options I think:there is no option to retake the survey You can retake the survey by using the link that was provided in the invite, this should take you to the start of the survey - if not this is most likely not set-up like that. Employees can ask the Glint support team - however this is also dependent on what the agreement was during implementation. So, it's possible that Glint will deny the request as agreed on with your company Hopefully someone from Glint can confirm the above! Good luck! Vincent van Ravenswaaij
Hi Ahmed,it’s best to mail the Glint support team in this case (Support@glintinc.com) or your Global administrator. Your administrator is able to resend your survey through your profile and in the meantime check if the e-mail in the system is correct. The Glint team might also be able to assist in this or at the least notify your administrator. Additionally check your spam folder and if you’re using outlook the other folder. Sometimes the Glint automated mails will end up in one of those folders. All the best, Vincent van Ravenswaaij
Hi,It’s in the report section:However, this report I think is limited to users who have access to the whole organisation. So if you don’t have this it won’t be visible. Best bet is to locate someone within your org. who has this and look at it together as exporting is also not applicable for this report Regards, Vincent van Ravenswaaij
Hi Geraldene, You can assign him to the role that’s called company admin - or something similar. This should give him/her the rights to administration tasks like importing employee records or use the settings. Regards,Vincent
Hi Zoe, When logging into the dashboard you’ll just get an overview of the whole population you have access to (altough their might be a department split whilst scrolling down). My advice will be going into the ‘heat map report’ if reporting options are available for your role (click reports on the top of the dashboard window > heat map report). From there on you should be able to filter down to region by either clicking on ‘department hierarchy’ on the top left of the heat map and selecting ‘region’ or using the filter options by using the filter pane found in the top right of the window and selecting the right filters. Should also be possible in the executive summary report, but heat map will give an easier comparison. all the best, Vincent
You can either click on the comments section on the overview of the dashboard (the screen you log-in to) or go to the ‘reports’ > and select the ‘comments’ report. here you can, just like in any other glint report, filter down to where you would like (if your role allows you to of course) Regards,Vincent van Ravenswaaij
