Is it possible to get a generic link to each life cycle survey?

Hi @claire.lang and @lautaylor - I think this is something always-on surveys (a type of Engagement survey) would support.  Here’s a basic overview:Or, if your organization has purchased Employee Lifecycle, you can use that to survey new employees individually.  Find steps to launch either program type here: https://community.glintinc.com/set-up-and-launch-a-glint-program-75.

How can I see my own previous survey responses?

Hi @kristin.dugas - because Glint aggregates all data in results to ensure confidentiality, there is no storage of or follow up access to individual responses.  This is something we hear often and we understand the desire for it, and recommend tracking one’s own answers if you want to make comparisons with the overall results down the road.

Multiple departments

Hi @kristy.arbuckle - Assuming both departments had enough respondents to meet the confidentiality threshold, you can filter by choosing the Reports tab, select the report you’d like to view (for example, Overall Results), then select the filter icon in the upper right corner of the report. Select “Add Filters” and depending on how your organization configured Glint, you should have the ability to filter by department or team.

Why Impact changes depending on the country

Hi @elena.yakubenko - you will notice that impact changes for any set of filters you apply: country, department, tenure, etc.  This is because different groups are impacted in different ways.  Perhaps (as an example) one country has a culture where worklife balance is very important, and therefore the impact of the worklife balance score will be higher than in countries where worklife balance is less of a priority.  The same could be true of a team, gender, etc.

Dashboard

Hi Manoj!  You are not able to view completion rates while the survey is in progress, only administrators have that capability.  The reason is that we do not want leaders pressuring their teams as feedback is at its best when freely given.  We do encourage you, however, to continue promoting the benefits of providing feedback to your teams during the period in which the survey is open to get people excited about taking the survey.

Glint Results

Hi @andy.barlow - I’ve switched your note to a support request. Glint support will look into this and follow up via email.  @mariela.tuero, I suspect you are seeing the results of your direct team.  Go to the reports tab, choose a report, and then select the filter icon in the upper right to make sure you are viewing the full hierarchy.  If this does not provide the view you are seeking please do also reach out to Glint Support at support@glintinc.com.

How do I print/download my departments results?

Hi @tpveitch - in Reports, choose the report you want to view and filter / build it the way you like, then you can export to spreadsheet, pdf or presentation by selecting Export in the upper right and choosing from the drop down menu.

Org Hierarchy in Comment being suppressed

Hi @AsianaP - I don’t fully understand the situation, but suppression usually indicates that the data is not available to protect a team that has insufficient data.  So for instance, if one of the manager’s teams is only 3 people and the other is 47, the ability to filter between the two would be suppressed to protect the confidentiality of the smaller team.

Average Score Calculation in a 7-pt scale

Hi @kaming.tam - review this article and associated People Science Explained for a detailed explanation of the calculation: While we write we assume a 5-point scale but you can convert this to 7-point by simply expanding 100 evenly across each of the 7 points (it comes out to slightly less even numbers for rankings 2,3,5 and 7).

Hi @arpana.bilkhu - Is it possible to provide that team with Glint dashboard access?  This would be the best way for them to easily view and manipulate the data, hosts all historical data, and it’s always a Glint best practice to work directly from the platform when possible.

How do i reopen my results?

Hi Bernadette, are you able to access the Glint platform?  If so, you should be able to view all historic results.  If you were shared results via a powerpoint or report, you may need to reach out to your organization’s admin team who sent those to you.

What is the score we are looking for in the employee engagement survey?

Hi @kim.irby - it depends what you mean.  If you’re asking which of the items’ scores you should pay most attention to, Glint typically recommends the engagement score listed in the upper left corner of your dashboard (the number is the largest thing you’ll see).  If you’re asking what score is you should be looking to achieve, that’s a very different question worth spending time with your leadership discussing.  Glint doesn’t recommend using scores as report cards (below x is bad, above y is good), but seeing the scores as information about a moment in time that you can then have team conversations around and take action for ongoing, never ending engagement and feedback.Does this help?

Taxonomy (survey) questions

Hi @Michele Madden - The question library lives within the Glint platform itself.  To be clear, this community site hosts guides and learning material to support your use of the Glint platform but is not the Glint platform. The Glint platform is where you will set up and launch your Glint program.There is a video on this page (Task 5) that will walk you through where and how to use the question library in the Glint platform:  And this video explains the difference between the community and Glint sites and how to access each.

Hi @mfabrico - this is likely an access issue that would best be raised with the Glint administrator at your organization.  It’s possible that either your organization does not have the Glint package that includes Anytime Feedback, or that they only turn on feedback at certain points during the year or only allow certain roles to use it.  However, if you do not know your admin or know that you should have access and it simply isn’t working, reach out to our support team at support@glintinc.com and they can look into your organization’s settings and determine the issue.

Missing user name

Hi @cynthia.hodges - does the below help?  This guide as a whole should be useful for questions around users and permissions and the below is a sub-section: Adding Users to Roles To add a user to a role, navigate to Configure icon > People In the search bar at the top of the page, type in the person’s email address or first and last name. When their record appears in search results, select their name to navigate to their profile. Select the pencil icon next to edit their role membership. Select Save

Share reports to collaborate on analysis

Hi @lynne.laquian - I’m sorry for the delay, I needed to look into this.  Shared reports are static by-design, limiting functionality to ensure that sharing is used in an appropriate manner. You’ve done what our team would recommend - share with the group the details of how to create the report.  You could also (if everyone has admin login as the user capabilities) create and save the the report on a user’s behalf and have all parties login as one person to access a saved report in that account.
