Question

What would be the minimum subjects per group for 360 results to be released?

Hi, I am interested to run a 360 for a group. May i ask if there is a minimum number of subjects per group for the results to be released?

@benedict.lim From our 360 Glint expert:

Thanks for your question! To receive a 360 report, each Subject (the person receiving the 360 feedback) must complete a self-assessment and meet the confidentiality threshold for one or more rater categories (raters are the people providing the feedback).

The confidentiality threshold is the minimum number of surveys that must be completed within a rater group for results to be revealed from that group.

Here are the default confidentiality thresholds for each rater group:

For rater groups other than Self (the subject of the 360) & Manager, we recommend setting the threshold to 3 or higher to honor confidentiality. Glint supports a threshold range from 1 to 10.
