Unable to view results due to few reportees.

I have only 3 people reporting to me and due to that i fall under some threshold for viewing the results. How can this be changed?

@karthik.sasidharan  The confidentiality threshold set by your Glint admin is not allowing you to see results. You should ask that your admin give you permission to see Broader Team Insights results which will give you access to a lot of what you need. Broader Team Insights.
