Troubleshooting guide for Glint Survey Takers

If you are having any issues accessing your survey from the link your organization provided, here are a few simple steps that may help:

 

1) Close and reopen your browser, then try accessing the survey again.

 

2) Try accessing the survey from a different browser. Browsers that Glint supports include:

  • Google Chrome

  • Mozilla Firefox

  • Microsoft Edge

  • Safari

  • Opera

  • Internet Explorer 11

To try a new browser, click on “Get Started” within the email you received and select “Copy Link”. Then open a different browser and paste this link in the address bar.

 

3) You can also take the survey from a mobile device. Glint supports both iOS (Safari) and Android (Chrome).
