Hello

Can please someone tell me if it is possible to measure surveys abandonment rates ( % of people starting and not completing the survey)?

Hi @ana.bidaud - I think your CSM worked this out with you but yes, we are able to see how many survey recipients started but then stopped their responses. For users who need to see this data for some reason, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager or support@glintinc.com.
