This will depend on your individual settings under Focus Area Access. You can go to Reports > Focus Area Overview to see which manager Action Plans you currently are able to view. 

If you are not set up to see all managers actions, your Glint Company Administrator can grant this level of access to you. We suggest you reach out to them to confirm if your access should be updated. If you don’t know who your company administrator of the platform is, email support@glintinc.com and they can look it up for you.
