I have 15 unit managers along with their teams that belong to my larger team. WI can see their scores, is there a way to generate a report or see who is still to enter an action plan based on teams reaction to survey results?

The Focus Areas Overview report is usually a good report to check to see the numbers around focus areas. This report doesn’t show specifically how each of your unit managers is progressing. If focus areas are made visible within the organisation, you could go to the Focus Areas tab at the top of the platform and then select My Directs to see how many focus areas each unit manager has created and how they’re tracking towards completion. Please note that your platform experience may be different based on the configuration and permissions.
