Can I link directly to a specific language?

Has anyone been able to link directly to a survey in a specific language? I see that some parameters are being passed on the URL, but am hoping for an extended parameter list?

 

Example: 

 

https://app.glintinc.com/q/merck#/questionnaire/cfaa7453-6fb3-46-a34cc157b3e4?type=RECURRING&freq=Quarterly 

 

freq=Quarterly

type=RECURRING

 

is there something like a language=French parameter?
