Is there a way for coworkers on the same team or peers to see each others goals if they are designated “Manager” (aka Private)?

Thank you for the help! Is this something the admin can set up or do we need to reach out to our Glint partner?

Hi @jessica.stephens!  Not unless your organization has customized peer roles to see one another’s goals.  You can view the definitions of our goal privacy settings here, and as you’ll see, the definition for Manager is “My manager, their superiors*, and anyone configured with custom goal access that includes myself, can search for, view, and comment on my goal.”  So unless the organization has configured teams to have custom goal access to their peers’ goals, they will not be able to view.  Does this make sense?
