Hi, I am setting up a 360 survey. The reminder email to raters is set to go out 6 days before the due date. However, for some reason, the rater email text that shows on the right panel says it will go out 14 days before the due date. Please see attached.
Should I be concerned that the email will go out 14 days before the due date instead of 6?
