What should I consider in order to create a strong feedback program now and then going forward?

Glint believes that all strong feedback programs should go through four distinct phases:

  1. Goals - ask questions of your organization to determine how you will use Glint to support what you want to achieve.
  2. Launch - program design, system set up, program configuration.
  3. INsight - gather and analyze feedback with your results rollout.
  4. Transform- implement small, meaningful changes across your company.

Use this image and the questions below it, to walk through the four steps:

The four stages of a Glint program.

Goals phase

What are the current focus areas for your business?

What engagement areas have you been focusing on? How do you plan to check in on these areas?

Have there been any changes or shifts in your business since the last surve

Have the goals of your engagement program changed?

Which survey questions do you want to rotate in or out?

Launch phase

When are you going to launch your next survey? What is your planned cadence?

Are there other feedback programs that you are fielding that may impact what information you are looking for with this survey?

Will other surveys impact timing for this launch?

How did your communications approach work for the first survey? Does anything need to be modified?

How can we lean on champions to help support our survey efforts?

INsight phase

How did you decide what to focus on? Did you have an ACT conversation?

How are results, next steps, and expectations communicated to leaders and managers?

How can you become even more agile with your rollout and platform access strategy?

How can you continue to bring insights into other key strategic initiatives?

How did you onboard leaders and managers to Glint? Employees? HR team members?

Transform phase

How are you keeping up momentum?

Which parts of the organization have been successful in taking action? How can everyone learn from that group?

Are leaders being transparent about results and are they committed to action?

Are managers owning their data?

Do employees feel empowered to participate and influence change?

Does HR coach leaders and managers to enable change?

What is a PSC?  It's my first time using Glint and on some documentation I received it says that if I need help on action planning ideas to go to the Glint Platform as it has tips and tools to help me but also ask my PSC...

Thanks for any feedback!
