The Glint Community is a public site, but much of the content is for customers only. To log in and access this content, please see below:
Glint users -
- You can log into the community directly through your Glint account. Click Login in the upper right corner of this page, then Login with Glint.
- Or login directly from your Glint dashboard by clicking the “?” in the upper right corner of your dash and then “Help & Community”
If you are a new Glint client and your Glint dashboard is not yet set up, or if you would rather not log in with your Glint account for any reason, you can also use a username/password. Not a Glint user, but would like to participate in the community? Register for an account to participate with limited access.

Established community members will be able to find all of the content you are used to in the Search, or explore the Resources category to find familiar resources by role, program stage, pandemic support, and the People Science library, as well as a new Executing with Excellence category available to help users make the most of Glint. One of the community’s most important features is the ability to connect Glint users with one another. Customers can log in to participate in our two forums:
Ask & Share to ask for and share advice with other Glint users
Technical help and support to ask basic how-tos around navigating, using, and understanding the Glint dashboard. Find a new troubleshooting guide for survey recipients pinned to this forum to help support survey takers!
And as we move into the Summer, we will be re-establishing our customer-only, Glint Together events series: monthly Ask the Experts panels, monthly topic-based roundtables, and ad hoc Glint Presents webinars.
We also strongly encourage all of our existing and new users to take this opportunity to review and update your profiles to support offline community connection.
The Glint People Academy (GPA) - where Glint customers access interactive training - is still available via the Training link at the top of the site. Users may also now encounter GPA courses when performing a search. Please note, you must be logged into your Glint dashboard to access GPA courses.
